1st set:
Grace, Too
Music @ Work
Something On
Puttin' Down
Gift Shop
The Last of the Unplugged Gems
Greasy Jungle
Springtime in Vienna
Sharks
Ahead by a Century - first song where Fenner is audible, at least on
my side of the stage. She's very good when she's audible.
Looking for a Place to Happen
Stay
Save the Planet - i think, notes maybe screwed up here.
Fireworks
New Orleans is Sinking
2nd set:
Wheat Kings
Opiated
Courage
Membership
Poets - Langlois' guitar tone is reminding me of Jimmy Page on the
old Led Zep live album, i.e. harsh.
Flamenco - Fenner solos.
Lake Fever
Daredevil
The Luxury
100th Meridian
Chagrin Falls
Nautical Disaster
The Bastard - purely a guess. It was loud and shitty and i couldn't
decipher it; Gord D's mike gave out, among other things.
Encore:
Freak Turbulence
Little Bones
i had a great seat, floor, five rows back on Langlois' side. Sound wasn't
perfect. The second set dragged a bit for me, maybe i'm less familiar with
the newer material than i should be. But i was pretty happy with the show
and the fact that they still play
Newfoundland when almost no other worthwhile band will.
