Sorry I can't go into details about the show as I'm still speechless about this week. 4 shows in 5 days.... what more could I want?!
Kindest regards,

Did anybody tape this?
Kinda hard to decipher a lot of Gords subtle ramblings sometimes....
My throat is sore! :>
I was SO PUMPED about Fifty Mission Cap!
Only two encore songs but 31 in all. I was _really_ hoping to hear
two songs: 50mish and Escape Is At Hand For The Travellin' Man but I wasn't
expecting to really get to hear 50mish so I was stoked. Still dissapointed
about Escape. I think that is becoming one of my overall faves.

I was actually disappointed with the crowd last night. It just
didn't seem like everyone was into it. Not only that, I was asked
to sit down a few times. What's up with that? I sat down for
a song and got back up. I paid for my seat, I can sit in it or lay
in it but I can't stand up? Grrrr!
I had an awsome time at the show other then that.
I'm sad now that it's all over.but happy to have all the memories!
Kindest regards,
Trag

Right after Tiger started, the woman behind Dan asked him to sit down.
The look of incredulity on his face and his ultimate refusal to conform
to her wishes must have really ticked her off. I know this because
she retaliated by soaking my open jacket with beer and cigarette ashes.
At halftime she was bitching in a voice loud enough for us to hear that
when she bought her tickets she "didn't know there would be two people
standing in front of her all night". I still can't believe it. Shockley--
we were section 111, row M, in the middle....
I, too, thought the crowd was subdued. I stood for the whole show (really, how do you _not_ stand and dance and let the music move you???) but few others off the floor joined us. It left me with a very disconnected feeling. I have been very lucky over the years and these seats were the worst we have ever had, and they were pretty good. We've had nothing but floors in the last two years and I really missed the communal element of the other frenzied fans. So the show was a bit pale in that regard.
Other than that, we had a great trip to Kelowna. Got to visit a new Canadian city and had a really great roadtrip.
Peace out

i'm not sure if this is where i submit my review but here's my 2 cents.
sweet seats. row 20 middle floor. for a hip show, this crowd was lame.
duds, flat. although i'm 40 myself, there were way too many 40 something's
there wondering if they should have a good time or get home to relieve
the babysitter. for my wife and myself we danced non stop for the whole
show. although i enjoyed the obscurity of the setlist, most of the crowd
was waiting for those monster numbers that made them famous. ( blow, bones,
luxory, happen...etc.) in time i will appreciate this show more than my
initial reaction which was, i was a tad dissappointed.
highlights- boots > music > grace. they had us in the palms of thier
hands at grace. also bobc & stay are absolutley beautiful songs. 50mc
was the shocker of the night. wow!
lowlights - the sound was attroicous. worst sound at a show in a looong
time. could'nt here gord ramblin' at all. also 2 huge hits, meridian &
nois were very fast and rushed. i think they clocked in at around 3 min.
each. maybe they are sick and tired of these concert staples but that was
my biggest disappointment of the night. if you are bored with it, give
us something else. there is sooo much material to choose from. how 'bout
replacing it with eldorado or locked or thugs!!!
any hip show is a good show but i can't help but think that the majority
of the crowd which was highly anticipating "a knock you on your ass" show
of shows, walked away scratching their heads. true hip followers will look
at the setlist and wish they were their for all the rare nuggets they played
but i doubt they are all the rage at the water cooler on monday morning.
