Although the crowd wasn’t the largest (300+), the band still brought their “A” game. The back to back of “Fully Completely” and “Puttin’ Down” was pretty powerful. Other highlights included a very strong “Springtime in Vienna” and a highly charged / passionate take on “Come Together”. Gordon commented on how the band had “just learned it this afternoon”. One idea for Gordon – he should think of using his microphone stand as a hockey stick during “Lonely End of the Rink”. Seeing the Hip just gets more enjoyable each tour – they are such a tight band and they are at the top of their game! Thanks guys!
